Teaching exercise to use this retrieval

Exercise: in groups retrieve data to compare the different perspectives/opinions of paediatricians who had contact with VC from Brent, Enfield, Harringey and Ealing. (Do a separate retrieval for each borough/hospital.) Do they have differences/similarities?

Combine contact with VC, job description, SS borough and workplace practices to explore how each paediatrician described their workplace activities in each of the boroughs, answer the question ‘what are the workplace practices which you consider to be effective? What may have impacted on the outcome of the case? Were there discrepancies within the different SS boroughs/hospitals which may have resulted in a missed opportunity?

Exercise: in groups retrieve and analyse the data to highlight the workplace practices of the paediatricians who had contact with VC in each of the boroughs and then discus the similarities/differences within the same professional role. Question how can the differences impact on a child protection case?  What are examples of good/bad practice?
